Before the senior-year recruiting conversations, there was the work that earned notice. King Williams was named to the 2025 AIA 5A Northwest All-Region Second Team on the defensive line.
The junior-season recognition came after a recorded 2025 stat line of 27 tackles, four tackles for loss, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery over ten games with entered individual statistics. That season also included his 16-yard rushing touchdown in the Cactus Homecoming win over Willow Canyon.
What it represents
Interior line play is often evaluated beyond credited tackles: block engagement, leverage, gap integrity and consistent effort across the full game. The All-Region honor recognizes King's role in that larger defensive picture.
Now a Class of 2027 senior, King brings that recognition, his growing film library and his continuing 2026 production into college evaluations.
